Silicone Waterproof Coating also called organic silicon based waterproof coating in white reflective color but there are many colors for option. It is a water-based environmentally friendly single part waterproof coating made of silicone rubber latex and its nano composite emulsion as the main base material, mixed with inorganic fillers and various additives. Mostly in white reflective color and it can be used for exposure works with direct sun light with superior anti UV performance for the protection of roofing. Once applied the life span can be more than 30 years with proper application. It can be easily brush or roller application or use any spray applications for large scale metal roofing works

1. Surface Preparation: The surface must be clean, solid and dry, without sand, floating dust, etc.lf there are cracks on the surface larger than 3mm, fill with MS sealant and apply the coating after the sealant dries.
2. Application: It can be brushing, rolling or sprayin.
3. After applying one layer, lay the polyester fabric, after the first layer drying, applying the second layer. For 1mm thickness, about 1.1kg/m², 1.5mm thickness about 1.65kg/m².
