2. When to choose wood flooring gluing method?

Necessary elements: elasticity, strong adhesion, high environmental protection, easy construction. Flexibility and strong adhesion are the premise of accommodating wood floor deformation. Environmental protection not only requires non-toxic, solvent-free, no cyanate, but also the lower the odor and VOC release, the better. Easy construction requires easy scraping and coating, and easy removal of residual glue.

3. Advantages of MS floor glue

1)MS is the abbreviation of the chemical composition system, that is, "modified silane adhesive", its advanced formula, imported raw materials, strong adhesion, durable elasticity, curing does not shrink, does not bubble, seismic impact resistance aging resistance, temperature and humidity change, water resistance, oil resistance, can be painted directly on the paint, no flow. Wide temperature range: -40℃ ~ 80℃.

2) High environmental indicators, no irritating odor, non-toxic solvent-free cyanate, no corrosion and no pollution, VOC release is very small (only 1/10 of the national standard value), suitable for indoor and closed environment. 3) Single component, hygroscopic curing, easy construction. Surface dry opening time: 20 minutes in the rainy season, 40 minutes in the winter; Full curing speed: 3mm thick /24 hours. 4. How to use floor glue?

1) Before laying, the base ground should be smooth, strong, fully dry, not sand, no oil dirt. If there are defects in the base, please deal with them and then proceed with the construction.

2) Tools: V-tooth scraper, white rubber hammer, a small amount of cloth for wiping residual glue. Construction environment temperature: 5℃ ~ 40℃. The general use of full paving method at the base level is 600ml/㎡.

3) Use a toothed scraper to evenly coat a certain area of floor glue on the base surface and pave the wood floor during the opening hours. The bonding surface of the wood floor has no insulating layer such as wax, and the wood floor and the rubber layer are fully compacted and contacted, and the floor is properly tapped and connected tightly. In order to avoid floor slippage, the first and second row of wood flooring can be fixed with the base first, and the floor glue should be avoided before it is fully cured. Other laying processes can be performed in accordance with the wood flooring manufacturer's instructions and relevant specifications.
