How To Test The Tensile Strength of epoxy anchoring adhesive ?

Epoxy anchoring adhesive can be used for the installation of embedded parts after various curtain walls and marble dry hanging construction,

and can also be used for the fixed installation of large equipment base, highway, bridge guardrail installation, building reinforcement transformation, etc.,

which requires plant reinforcement adhesive to have a certain tensile strength after curing. In order to test the drawing force, it is necessary to carry out a drawing test.

Since the embedded steel bar belongs to the post-anchorage of the concrete structure, it can be known whether the tensile strength of the embedded steel bar meets the

design requirements only by checking the tensile strength on site. After 72 hours of planting reinforcement construction, the tensile meter can be used to pull out the planted steel bar test,

the selection of steel bar standards are as follows: Laboratory test: each group of test blocks is not less than 5 pieces, consisting of the tested rubber and planting reinforcement concrete test blocks.

The nominal diameter of the steel bar is 25mm, the grade of the steel bar is not less than 400, the depth of the reinforcement of the C30 concrete block is 150mm (6 times the diameter of the steel bar),

and the depth of the C60 concrete block is 125mm (5 times the diameter of the steel bar). On-site destructive inspection: When the number of embedded steel bars does not exceed 100, take 3 and

double the number of arbitration inspections. On-site non-damage inspection: 3% of important structural parts, no less than 5 pieces; General structural components 1%, but not less than 3 pieces.

Since the curing time of planting reinforcement is greatly affected by temperature, the curing speed is faster when the temperature is high, and the drawing test can be carried out appropriately in advance.

For example, when the temperature is 35℃ in summer, the test can be carried out 24 hours after planting reinforcement according to the field situation; In winter, the temperature is low, and the drawing test

should be postponed appropriately.
