1.Elastic positioning: according to the position and number of reinforcement in the design drawing, stagger the position of the original structure reinforcement and mark the position of planting reinforcement. Ask the on-site quality inspection personnel to check the line and drill holes before passing.
2.Drilling: Drill a hole using a hammer drill. The drill bit diameter should be about 5mm larger than the steel bar diameter. When drilling, keep the drill bit perpendicular to the cylinder surface
3.Washing the hole: washing the hole is the most important link in the planting bar, because there will be a lot of ash powder and ash inside the hole after drilling, which directly affects the quality of the planting bar, so we must clean up the debris in the hole. The method is: use a brush set on the extension rod, extend to the bottom of the hole, and repeatedly jerk back and forth, bring out the dust and slag, and then use compressed air to blow out the floating dust in the hole.
After blowing, scrub the inner wall of the hole with absorbent cotton soaked with alcohol or acetone. But can not be scrubbed with water, because alcohol and acetone volatile, water is not volatile. The inside of the hole will not dry quickly after scrubbing with water. After drilling and cleaning, please ask the on-site quality inspector for acceptance, and then you can inject glue.
4.Glue injection: Take a set of strong planting glue, put it into the sleeve, place it on the special manual syringe, slowly pull the plate machine, discharge the thin glue at the platinum bag mouth and waste it, then extend the spiral mixing nozzle into the bottom of the hole, if the length is not enough, the plastic tube can be extended, and then pull the plate machine, the plate machine hole moves the syringe back once, so that the air in the hole can be discharged.
In order to make the rubber liquid in the hole full after the reinforcement is implanted, but not to make the rubber liquid drain, the injection of glue in the hole can reach 80%. Rebar should be planted immediately after filling the hole with glue. Before rebar planting, the implanted part of the steel bar should be repeatedly brushed with a wire brush to remove rust, and then cleaned with alcohol or acetone. After the injection of glue in the drilling hole, the steel bar after rust removal is immediately put into the hole, and then slowly one-way screw in, not reverse in the middle until the steel bar extends into the bottom of the hole.
5.Curing: The steel bar cannot be vibrated before the strong reinforcement glue is completely cured. The strong planting glue can be cured at room temperature, and the next process can be constructed after 50h. Detection test: Before the construction of planting reinforcement, on-site drawing test should be carried out on the used steel reinforcement and planting reinforcement glue to determine whether the steel reinforcement and planting reinforcement glue meet the design requirements. After the test is qualified, the next process can be carried out.
